These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and sp1212 ("sp1212", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the sp1212 website located at https://sp1212.cam and all associated services, games, and features offered therein. By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the sp1212 Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. sp1212 strictly prohibits underage gambling and will immediately close any Account found to belong to a person under 21, forfeiting all associated funds.
2.2 Residency. You must be a resident of Indonesia to register on sp1212. The Platform is operated and marketed for use by Indonesian residents. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted, you do so at your own legal risk. sp1212 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from accessing the Platform in a restricted jurisdiction.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent or who are subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform are not permitted to register.
2.4 No Employees. Employees, contractors, directors, or officers of sp1212, or of any associated gaming supplier or partner, are prohibited from placing real-money bets on the Platform.
Age Verification Notice: sp1212 employs automated and manual KYC checks. Any Account that cannot be verified as belonging to a person 21 years or older will be suspended. Misrepresenting your age constitutes fraud and may result in legal action.
3.1 Registration Process. To access the full features of the Platform, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card, "KTP"), date of birth, valid email address, active Indonesian mobile phone number, and a secure password.
3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on sp1212. Opening multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or under false identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. sp1212 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. You must notify sp1212 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. sp1212 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
3.4 KYC Verification. Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any time sp1212 deems necessary — you will be required to complete identity verification by submitting a clear copy or photograph of your KTP (Indonesian National Identity Card), a recent selfie holding your KTP, and, where requested, proof of your current residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 7 days of the request may result in Account suspension and possible forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
3.5 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided to sp1212 is true and accurate. You must notify us promptly of any changes to your registered information. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. sp1212 supports the following payment channels for Indonesian players:
4.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum single deposit is Rp 100,000,000. sp1212 reserves the right to adjust these limits based on Account verification status or risk assessment.
4.3 Withdrawal Limits. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 50,000,000. Higher limits may be available for verified VIP members; contact support for details.
4.4 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests submitted during Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB) are typically processed within 3–5 minutes. Requests submitted outside banking hours or on public holidays will be processed on the next available banking day. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5–10 minutes at any time.
4.5 Withdrawal to Registered Method Only. Wi thdrawal funds will only be sent to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the sp1212 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. sp1212 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.6 No Withdrawal Fees. sp1212 does not charge any fees for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which sp1212 accepts no responsibility.
4.7 Unplayed Deposits. If you deposit funds and wish to withdraw without placing any bets, sp1212 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks before releasing the funds. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
4.8 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sp1212 does not support foreign currency transactions. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player are solely the Player's responsibility.
5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses. Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered Players who have completed KYC verification, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. sp1212 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. For example, a Rp 500,000 bonus requires Rp 15,000,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
5.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%. Live dealer games contribute 10%. Sports betting contributes at a rate determined by the specific promotion terms. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and sabung ayam (cockfighting) markets contribute 50% unless stated otherwise.
5.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While a bonus is active on your Account, the maximum permitted bet per spin, hand, or transaction is Rp 50,000. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.5 Bonus Validity Period. All bonuses must be wagered within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion. Bonuses that have not been wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically.
5.6 Abuse of Bonuses. sp1212 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies (e.g., covering all outcomes) to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players to exploit promotional offers. Any Player found to be abusing bonuses will have their Account suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the Platform.
5.7 Promotional Changes. sp1212 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via the Platform's official channels.
6.1 Accepted Bets. All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules applicable to that market.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and may vary by market, game type, and Player VIP tier. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and are subject to change without notice.
6.3 Voided Bets. sp1212 reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, match abandonment, event cancellation, or evidence of match-fixing. In the event of a void, the stake is returned to the Player's Account.
6.4 Live Betting. Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. sp1212 accepts no responsibility for delays in displaying live odds or match data that may arise from third-party data feed issues. All live bets are final once confirmed by the system.
6.5 Mix Parlay (Accumulator) Bets. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the full payout to be awarded. If any single leg is voided, that leg is treated as a push at odds of 1.00 and the remaining legs stand. Minimum legs and maximum payout limits apply as displayed in the betting interface.
6.6 Results and Settlements. Bet results are settled based on the official results declared by the relevant governing body or official data provider. In the event of a dispute, sp1212's determination of the official result is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sp1212 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action:

8.1 Ownership. All content on the sp1212 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interface designs, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of sp1212 or its licensed suppliers. All rights are reserved.
8.2 Limited License. sp1212 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from sp1212.
8.3 Trademarks. The sp1212 name, logo, and associated marks are the property of sp1212. You may not use any sp1212 trademark or branding in any manner without express prior written authorization.
9.1 Data Collection. sp1212 collects and processes personal data as necessary to provide its services, verify player identities, process transactions, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable regulations. The types of data collected include identity documents, contact details, transaction records, and device/browsing information.
9.2 Data Use. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers essential to Platform operations (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification partners) and regulatory bodies where legally required.

10.1 Platform Availability. While sp1212 endeavors to maintain 99.9% Platform uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. sp1212 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
10.2 Gambling Losses. sp1212 accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred by Players. All bets are placed voluntarily, and it is the Player's sole responsibility to assess the risk of any wager. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and there is no guarantee of winning.
10.3 Third-Party Content. The Platform may incorporate third-party game software, data feeds, and payment services. sp1212 accepts no liability for the accuracy, availability, or performance of third-party services or content.
10.4 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sp1212's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
10.5 Consequential Losses. sp1212 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages of any kind, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting sp1212 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to standard KYC verification.
11.2 Termination by sp1212. sp1212 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; fraud or suspected fraud; failure to complete KYC verification; abusive conduct toward staff or other Players; dormancy for more than 12 consecutive months; or any other reason sp1212 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players.
11.3 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. sp1212 may apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50,000 to dormant Account balances after issuing a notice to the registered email address. If the balance reaches zero, the Account will be closed.
11.4 Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Any bonus funds remaining in the Account at the time of termination will be forfeited. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned in accordance with clause 11.1, except where termination results from a breach of these Terms, in which case sp1212 may withhold funds pending investigation.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law, taking into account the Indonesia market context in which the Platform operates.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and sp1212 arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting sp1212 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in the English language.
12.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
12.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and sp1212 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
13.1 Right to Amend. sp1212 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We will endeavor to notify registered Players of material changes via the email address associated with their Account.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after amended Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with clause 11.1.
13.3 Review Responsibility. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. sp1212 accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to review updated Terms.
